"I loved the location. It is close to the many museums that we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and polite. They graciously kept our luggage until our check in time and once again on our departure date. We ate at the hotel several times. It was a convenient option to eat at the hotel. The food was not fabulous and very expensive. The coffee is horrible. We were charged a hidden $50 per day fee. The bed was comfortable. "

I imagine it would be cramped with two. I like that everything can be controlled with the provided tablet - lights, TV, alarm, mood.... The tablet was a bit slow, but the tech was fun to use. I love the LauraStar iron in the ironing room. Unfortunately the metal cover wouldn't stay on, but I was able to make it work. "
