"This is a lovely hotel and was one of the nicest we have stayed in while in japan. The rooms are large, modern and very clean. I found the staff at reception and also in the bar to be extremely helpful and they went out of their way to help us offering help without even needing to be asked. "The highlight for staying in this place would surely be the view of Mt Fuji. We had a Japanese room with futon beds. Not for those with knee issues, better get a room with proper bed. Restaurants are not open for lunch so will have to take shuttle bus to town for meals. Set meals for dinner, quality is good but expensive. "

"I loved the bath. It was so hot and steamy. The traditional Japanese rooms were exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Japan. As we were leaving, the sweet host gave us hot tea to warm our hands on our cold walk to the bud station. When I got to the bus the station, I realized I left my hat.
