"Loved the location of this hotel. The metro was a 5 minute walk and I never really felt unsafe. I was a little disappointed when we entered our room to find a bug on the curtains and cigarette burns through some of the bedding. Our room on the 6th floor also had a slanted wall due to the roof which made the room feel much smaller than it was. On the bright side, there was an elevator, small snack bar, and water/coffee in the lobby that was included in our stay. "

"This is a boutique hotel that is very well kept and has a friendly staff. If you really enjoy walking, you never have to take a metro or bus to see the sites. One day, we walked from the hotel to the Eifel Tower, La Defense, Norte Dame, the Louvre museum and back to the hotel. It was about 25,000 steps, and we saw so many things you would miss hoping on the Metro."

"I loved my stay at Sofitel, the staffs are the warmest and super helpful. Room is so clean and they changed sheets for us everyday. Tbh I haven’t experienced this good service for a long time in the US, this almost felt a little unreal. However, I have to point out that the breakfast is quite disappointing. It is said until 11am but 10:15am they already took away everything. And the salad was all rotten veggies in my bowl…..the breakfast is so expensive, highly recommend eating outside. "

"We loved this hotel! Very very clean, and the staff was very friendly and kind. Location was great, it is a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station. It is a very safe neighborhood with bakeries and cafes nearby. Front desk staff was able to accommodate our room to be ready earlier than our check in, which was nice. We booked a triple room, and it had plenty of room for 3 people to unpack and sleep comfortably. They also provide free refreshments and snacks in the lobby after 2pm. Only problem...
