"The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are clean, and the resturant is great. The free water bottles are a good touch also. But what stood out is the staff. They were all very attentive but special attention should be paid to Laurence who made the impossible happen. She was able to secure me a Royal Suite for my mom.
