"Check-in - Catherine & her husband were there to greet us at check-in with keys and a tour of the house. They were super generous in stocking the fridge with waters, juices for the kids, milks, and creamer for coffee! "Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Parijs te ontdekken. Kwartiertje lopen van treinstation en vanaf daar is alles makkelijk bereikbaar met OV. Het appartement is fantastisch! Mooi interieur, ruim appartement en zeer schoon. En na de hectiek van de Parijse binnenstad, is het heerlijk rustig thuiskomen. Parijs is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!"

Although the location is not near the center but just 5 minitues takes to reach the bus station. The buses bring to RER and Metro. "We stayed for 1 week at Emmanuel's place. We started communicating on WhatsApp prior to arriving at the location - I just punched his number into WhatsApp and started texting. We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. Upon checking in our group could tell that we were visiting someone's home rather than a vrbo that was just bare bones. There was a ton of personal touches and books which made us feel we were at home. There is a bar across the street...

"Very confortable, very well located at the north of Paris (Saint Denis), a lot of space, very close from the St-Denis Basilic and Metro (12 mins walk approx). "Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/kitchen on the top floor, living room/TV area in the bottom floor. No air conditioning in any of the rooms, so summer will be very warm. Very attentive management. Easy check...

"It was great that it was close to the metro, so easy to get to the main sights. Lovely cemetery nearby. The boulangerie was right across the street and always open and well priced. 1€ baguette every morning! It seemed safe to an extent, though not as comfortable as some other neighbourhoods we ventured around. Not all of the plugs seemed to work. We enjoyed all of the items provided, though there wasn’t shampoo. Overall it was quite a lovely find!"

"Street level apartment in a great location within walking distance of Marais and neighboring attractions. The street is generally not busy but you will easily hear street noise if that is a concern. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with good water pressure and plenty of hot water for laundry and showers. "Our stay there at this house was great, this house was very well prepared for us with a lot of space (4 rooms + 2 bed sofas + 2 full bathrooms + kitchen + living room and patio) and confort for the 6 of us. It is very well located at Saint Dennis, North of Paris, but very accesible by car and Bus/Metro system. "With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night."

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."
