"It was GREAT. From pulling up to the valet, checking our baggage, checking in to evening turndown service, everything and everyone was top notch. We arrived hours before our check in time and our room was ready!! Thos hotel.is terrific. "
"The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Our waiters in the Brass Tack were both very personable and a pleasure to converse with. Great food too!"
"Overall I consider the best choice for upscale place in Chicago. Hard to beat the blend of French hospitality and impeccable service. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Other “more luxurious” competitors come with pretentions tgat reduce feeling at home. "

A verified traveler from Chatsworth stayed at River Hotel
"Everything was great besides it is an older building and older furniture they use. Our ac system did not work in our first room but we were able to get set up to a new room asap. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to the subway and was a close walk to pretty much everything. "
