"Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Attention to Lots of little details makes this hotel stand out. Comfortable, clean, pretty and walkable to everything we wanted to see and do. Near the Lake. Easy to go for a run or walk in the parks and by the water. Easy parking by valet or nearby. Nice gym with easy access. Several places to sit with a cup of coffee and relax between sites. "The water was shut off by the city when we checked in and was off until 4 am. We were compensated by a $15 credit. This was not the hotel’s fault but it was a big inconvenience and they could have compensated us more. Other than that the hotel was centrally located with expensive valet parking but expected that in the city"

"The property is nice. Room is a bit dated. The plugs are loose. Free WiFi is a plus. The hot water in the shower could be hotter. I think it’s a bit pricey but I was staying for a convention and I know I was paying for convenience of staying on site. "
