"The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Our waiters in the Brass Tack were both very personable and a pleasure to converse with. Great food too!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here! Valet parking is definitely the way to do it if you’re driving into the cities. It was a little hectic but once we got all settled in it was an easy check in from there! Would definitely stay here again! "

"An amazing location on Michigan Avenue. A historic hotel with so much history. the room was small, but since I was traveling alone I didn't need much space. Bed was comfortable. Great shower. Will definitely stay again. "

"It was a renovated building with both character and class. Appreciate the architecture and historical nature of the property.
It had very adequate sized rooms - certainly limited in size due to the constraints of the “period of time” nature of the building, yet very well designed and functional. Not your typical hotel property, but unique in a “good way”. Would definitely recommend for adults, but perhaps not an ideal property for families with young children.
