"We enjoyed our stay. We were out exploring the city for the whole weekend so we didn’t spend a lot of time actually on-site. But it was a convenient location to all the things we wanted to do. It was also great for a place to crash at the end of the days. This is a great place to operate out of especially for groups! I would recommend it."

"The Hyatt in Wicker Park is a fantastic property! Check in was a breeze, valet friendly, front desk friendly, the Kennedy rooftop area is beautiful, great food and drinks, servers nice, the free hot breakfast was plentiful and varied, coffee yummy, King room was very spacious, loved the hard floors, nicely decorated/appointed, bed comfortable. Could not have asked for a nicer stay :) "

"Our check in email was not sent so I was emailing/calling the day before we were to arrive. Red awning was not helpful but All Set Concierge in Chicago was awesome. Very receptive and took care of all my concerns. The key lockbox was outdoors in Chicago and difficult to operate in temps near zero. Quite frozen. All in all the unit was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay."

"When trying to get check in information at time of check in, the host canceled over an hour after we were confirmed to be able to check in. They claimed “natural disaster”. Is this a scam?? Do not book with this host."

"We never heard back from the host and were forced to rebook at the last minute , causing a ton of stress and dysfunction while we were traveling for a wedding. This listing should be removed."
