"Check in had a slight snafu with them giving us the wrong door code but it was sorted pretty quickly. The apartment does the job. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the apartment definitely has poorly maintained college house vibes, but the neighborhood is extremely convenient and very walkable."

"Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs."

"It's in an old Victorian house that was converted into apartments. During the 3 days of subzero temperatures the heat was excellent and I was very comfortable despite old windows. Lots of charm."

"Me and my friends absolutely loved the place, the rooms were very neat and tidy, the bathroom stocked with some cute amenities, the couch and chairs were very soft (my friend rlly wanted me to mention that LOL) and i was top bunk, beds are so comfy, the one tiny tiny thing is the bath is a bit confusing and the faucet was on when we got there and we couldn’t get it to stop, but that’s not much i would totally stay again"

"It was an excellent stay. I didn’t understand the Sonder model—no front desk and electronic check in. However once I got beyond that shock I didn’t mind it. I know some folks would find the setup disconcerting. I would stay in a Sonder hotel again."

"Kasa is good overall. However, the cleaning lady just barged in my room without knocking and pretended to be checking the place. Not good at all. No proper MANNER. There is only one person in the lobby checking in guests as well as taking luggages for storage. It would be helpful to have a separate person designated so guests are not waiting."
