"Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. The property was getting a new roof, and this was a complete...

"We had a great time at this house. First off the walking trails right behind the house are easy hikes and at the top has great views all around the valley. The sunsets from there are amazing. Our purpose on this trip was watching our daughter play in a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for the three families that shared it. Plenty of space and a great backyard pool area. Everyone hopes to return for the next tournament they have in Phoenix. Hot tub was great on a cool evening."

"This is a gorgeous home in one of the quietest neighborhoods. The backyard is like being on a tropical island minus the island. It wound up just being my husband, myself and our two Yorkies. We are grateful to be able to bring our canine children to this home with us. Many thanks to the owners. Hope we can return one day. This home spoiled us."

"The host was extremely communicative and extremely helpful when we arrived. The best example of customer service! We had plenty of space and wanted for nothing. While located in the city, there was also a definite feel of the country as well, mainly due to the roosters, chickens, and peacocks in the neighborhood. Huy is the perfect example of what we want from a host...responds very quickly to questions and very helpful!"
