"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

"We stayed here at the end of a two-week trip and chose the location because it was close to the Phoenix airport. This place was a great value. It had what we needed, was up-to-date, and was in a really great area. I had not realized how enormous the Fashion Square mall was, and it is literally across the street from this set of condos. "Very convenient! Property was as advertised. Pool and hot tub were great! Gym facilities met our needs. The pool table was in rough shape but my kids seemed to enjoy it enough. Dave was easy to work with and I appreciate him arranging for us to get in a day earlier. A little inconvenient with only one key fob to get around the property (to negotiate locked doors/gates) but that was the only detractor."
