"What a perfect location to stay, walking distance to the Beach and Many bars and restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 and the pool was just a short walk around the building. Only short fall was the CATV was extremely slow and difficult to search due to the speed."

I was somewhat surprised by the dated decor and furniture but the condo was clean overall (some stains on carpet and furniture) but overall it "did the trick" for us and we had a nice stay. When talking to Property Manager, he did say there was a "disclaimer" when reserving (which I did not see) and that the price was reduced due to need for updating. I would rent again as...

"The property and surrounding area was great. Great pool.Basically the room (206)was great, lots of room, clean well and kitchen well stocked. Everything you need. But beds need new mattresses and bathrooms need updated fixtures. Blinds need replacing also. We were afraid to open and close them for fear the slats would fall off so we just left them opened. Our vacation was great. Cant beat the weather!"
