"We spent the night before our flight early the next morning. We had a very early flight and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed before our trip. We had perfect coffee and the staff snuck in the kitchen and got me a bagel. (The kitchen wasn’t open yet)! It made our day. We will definitely stay here when we are flying out of SGF! "

"The front desk person, Donna, was friendly, efficient and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast staff was disappointing. They were obviously not happy with their jobs and looked and acted like they would rather be anywhere else. The larger woman (African American?) was asked about where we would dump out an old coffee cup, and said she would have to go to the kitchen, so no. She went back to making her own breakfast. "This hotel is off the main road in an office park area so it’s fairly safe and quiet. Upon checking in, we were given a room on the second floor and shown to the stairs. I asked the desk clerk if there was an elevator and was simply told “no.” So if you have bad knees or a lot of luggage make sure you get a room on the first floor. The room was decently clean, but the furniture had some wear and tear like broken trim on the desk and other pieces of furniture. Breakfast was pretty good in the...
