The desk person opened our room door with out knocking, had to restrain our dog. The coffee pot didn't work right. They did have a parking space able to park our truck and trailer. The air conditioner in the stair well was broke and the stairwell was uncomfortably hot.

The people were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was not that clean and too outdated. We had a turn off the fridge off because it made too much noise. The toilet was loose and when you sat on it, it moved. The towels had stains on them. No hairdryer. The beds made a lot of noise and moved because they weren’t attached to the wall. TV had no instructions, channel guide, and local channels. We would never stay here again.

The room didn't have toilet paper when I got into the room. I went to the office and tried to contact the attendant who had stepped away. Ringing the doorbell and calling the phone number didn't avail in contacting the attendant. She finally showed up after 15 to 20 minutes. The room was okay and the tv turned on but there was no network connection so I couldn't watch anything.

Checking in was fine. Desk lady was very informative as far as where to park to access our room directly. But the room was awful. We did request anything, only cause we just needed somewhere to sleep for a night. There was hair in the towels and pubic hairs in the bedsheets. Pillow cases smelled funny and were dirty. I won't be coming back to this location.

What I loved about this hotel was its ability to see worth in humans AND keep their hotel clean. I met people that lived in this hotel AND only spoke good of them. My room was super clean. That is not normal in a hotel that takes care of humans. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to serve goodness on this planet. God Bless.

While the bed was comfortable enough, the hotel and room itself was quite dirty. The 2 nd floor hallway window was broken out and covered with cardboard only. I received 4 phone calls on the hotel phone beginning at 1030 pm- 330 am-throughout the night disrupting sleep. I would not recommend this hotel, nor will I stay here again.
