"Loved staying at this sweet spot in Mineral! The place was cozy, clean, and well appointed. Especially appreciated the cast iron pan! Lots of fun things to do all around and loved how close it was to Lassen. Would definitely come again."

We enjoyed the hammocks in the backyard, the large selection of games and puzzles, the variety of room setups, and if we hadn’t been so tired from our travels, I’m sure the fire pit was amazing! If you have a baby that is mobile, the stairs are a bit treacherous. I wish we had brought a baby gate but didn’t expect one to be provided. Would definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed our time in this house, the house has all the essential you need, really clean in the inside, and the view is incredible. The only thing is that the neighbor is not a dog friendly, we bring our dog, she is a beagle and like most of the dogs she barks at strangers when I came outside to put her in so she doesn’t bother the neighbor, the neighbor started yelling at me to shut my dog or she will do it or to use a bark collar. "First, the bedrooms and main areas of the house were very clean. The beds were also very comfortable, we all slept great. Sadly, the kitchen was terrible. The stove was a small propane unit that appeared to have natural gas nozzles on the burners, big tall yellow flames instead of the nice blue flame that supposed to be there. "Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future."

"The property owners think of everything to make your stay comfortable. I especially enjoyed the basket with eye masks and earplugs. They have extra toothbrushes and the bathrooms are fully stocked with everything you might need. Our family loves to cook and the house came with everything we might need and then some. Only on country store nearby with limited options. Only a couple of restaurants too although I'm sure there are more options in season. "Was looking for a nice cabin in the woods and the Treehouse was perfect for our family. It really felt like a treehouse and my kids loved it. Very clean, great host, very responsive, heaters worked excellent (outside temp was 34), great views of the forest and lake shasta. Awesome time spent. Great setup. "This home was exactly as advertised. The home is very clean, a great layout, updated, and well stocked. This home is by far the most well stocked home I have ever rented. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Quiet neighborhood. The kids saw deer walking through the wooded area in the back yard. It was a perfect place to stay and I would rent it again."
