"My husband was doubtful about booking in the country over a garage but really it was great for us and our small dogs. The place was roomy and Debbie has put a lot of attention to detail. Everything we might want was right there. Including a great view of Mt Shasta and Lassen from the deck. The location might not be for everyone - can’t walk to a cafe - but it was 10 min from downtown Redding and our dogs loved going outside off leash around the building. We would choose it again. "The place was very nice,clean stocked with coffee, tea and any kitchen utensils or dishes you could ever need for a short stay. The setting was great very nice outdoor space for dogs and a lunch on the porch. The host was very helpful and not at all intrusive. Check in and check out was super easy all done via electronics. I will definetly be back here and highly reccomend."

Comfy bed, wonderful bathtub, small but functional kitchen, great heating/cooling, love the electric car plug in, perfect parking, and great neighborhood. Property managers are excellent. Things for the owner to consider are noise from washer and dryer and smell. I think you had some smokers stay and the smell really lingers."

The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. "This home was exactly as advertised. The home is very clean, a great layout, updated, and well stocked. This home is by far the most well stocked home I have ever rented. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Quiet neighborhood. The kids saw deer walking through the wooded area in the back yard. It was a perfect place to stay and I would rent it again."
