"This condo is just as described,location,location,Location!! We loved that it’s about a 15 minute car ride from the downtown and there is a bus stop also right there by this condo. We had just Gorgeous Sunsets every night!! The food at the onsite restaurant was very good. The owner was very responsive when we needed to ask a question or two. We loved our trip and we hope we can come back again!!!"

"The Peninsula condos are amazing. Richard’s suite is beautiful. It was the perfect size for our group of 7. I know there have been complaints about the music of the club next door but honestly we loved it! It set the vacation vibe. We missed it on the days it isn’t open. The massages you can book in the spa are amazing - but skip the pedicures (personal preference). Everyone who works at peninsula is great! It is very secure, clean, and close to lots of things. We hope to return in the near...

"Something to consider: - put combo lock like your neighbor has. I use similar for my rentals - MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA. I understand cheap but TERIBLE. - we usually provide adequate soap and shampoo for short stays we do checkin.so .. - shower door bottom missing strip so water goes all on floor -sink faucet loose need to tighten from below."

"Eveything about this place was amazing from the location to the views to the owner and off site manager. They were very helpful along the way with answering any questions we had. The only thing for people to know is if you're going to walk down town, its a bit of a trek. The unit is located on quite a steep hillside. There are of course taxis constantly driving by if you'd prefer. Otherwise theres some steep hills and about 150 stairs. That being said it obviously does not take away from how...
