This hotel was excellent! The food was delicious! And I’ve stayed at plenty of all inclusive hotels and have had some awful to mediocre food and this restaurant exceeded my expectations. It’s also located in Zona Romantics which has tons of walkable restaurants and shops. I also liked that the pool is open till 10pm. Lastly, it is a family friendly hotel but I would not bring my small children to this area. It’s more like a party zone. Small children would be more comfortable in the Zona Hotelera or Nuevo Vallarta/Nayarit. That’s where I used to stay when my kids were younger. They are all over 18 yrs so this area is perfect for the younger teens/adults. I came here this time for my husbands birthday and he wanted only the 2 of us. We had a blast and coincidentally met a few of my colleagues so we hung out a few days. Small world!

We did not stay at the property - we checked out and went to a different hotel. The property was not up to our standards. It was very dated and the quality was terrible. The rooms did not match the pictures featured online. We did not feel comfortable staying there. Additionally, the “All Inclusive” was limited to a buffet, draft beer and well spirits.
