"We planned this trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. St. Pete's Beach is among her favorite places, and this rental was perfectly placed to provide easy access to everything we had planned. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised - including the heated pool! In a great, quiey neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Help keep it that way by being responsible guests ;) Host Morgan was quick to respond to all questions - couldn't ask for more. It was a fantastic week!"

"Place was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having the pool as well. The kitchen had great space and great to cook in. Only suggestions we have is to replace the bed in the master bedroom due to it being very loud to just move in. Also replacing some of your beach chairs as some were broken."

"We had an excellent time in Pinellas Park. The neighborhood was great, grocery shopping near by and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, excellent back yard with the pool and other activities for the kids. Very reasonable driving distance to lots of good swimming beaches also. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to be in this area!"

"The host Phoebe was great at communicating the check-in information and when I asked about checkout process she said nothing needed to be done. Their cleaning people would handle it! That was great to hear. We still did make sure everything was clean and as close to what it was when we came. This house was awesome for our group of seven. The pool was cleaned the next morning after we got there by a company on a schedule and the temperature was set to a nice 85° The hot tub was a warm 104°...

"This hotel has been around a long time. Pinellas County has gone diwn hill . This place has recently started to be remodeled . It soesnt deserve the 2 .8 star reviews on google. A room with 2 beds under 100 dollars is awesome and it reak of smoke. The had a simple breakfast 😋. Check out was easy and they let me check in at 2 am ,when I got in from my flight. I am a Restaurant and they deserve better than 2.8 stars. So they get 5 from me for the very appreciated attempt. They are no Marriott or...

"Rental was as described, clean and private. Not far from some good local restaurants as well as a short drive to St Pete. All the basics were provided and host was courteous and prompt to reply to any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!"
