"We decided to stay here on our drive back up to WA. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member at the front desk for check in. Everything went smoothly and they offered my daughter and I a free drink which was a nice touch. The building itself, and property, were very well maintained. The room itself was quite large and actually perfect if you have a dog with you as you could easily put the dog in the extra space that can be closed off from the bedroom. "Excellent location for Mount Shasta area exploration. Close to very good restaurants. Staff service was great. The view of the mountain (we reserved mountain view room) was spectacular and worth the little premium room fee. I will come back to this hotel."

"Overall this property was a good value and have no regrets staying. It was very busy based on number of cars parked in the hotel lot but seemed like they were empty, very quiet and that is a wonderful experience. Grounds were clean and interior was in very good condition. The only complaint would be the breakfast food options were limited. My comments are based on comparison to another hotel brand chain I normally stay at a similar price."
