"I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Mount Shasta, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and exceptional in addressing our needs. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. However, the bathrooms were a bit small, and the toilet placement could be challenging for taller individuals. "The hotel room was filthy. The smell of cigarette smoke was not bearable. The hotel was in poor repair. A disgusting place. We did not stay but booked a different hotel. I feel if a hotel was listed as smoke free, it should have been just that. I would like to receive a refund."
