"Wonderful location, plenty of room, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were a group of 30-somethings in town for a weekend. Really enjoyed how close we were to the lake and to coffee shops, restaurants, and transit, but still on a quiet street. It was super convenient, really easy check in with door codes. We enjoyed the roof deck on one nice day, and overall had a great time. Lots of space for all of us! We would happily stay here again."

"The apartment is clean and large, stocked with everything you need. The owner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We took advantage of the large kitchen and dining room or walked to loads of breakfast cafes and restaurants. Stan’s Donuts, Wilde, Fancy Plants, the Chicago Diner, Uncommon Grounds, and many others. Another plus is how close it is to the lakefront. (2blocks) Daily walks/runs along the trails made for a perfect start to the day. Thanks Will!"

"We loved staying at this rental. So much room to hang out, super comfortable beds, lots of kitchen tools/cookware/dishes/etc., and Ami was an absolutely wonderful host. Great communication throughout the booking process and stay. We really appreciated all of the bottled water (and Brita water filter to refill them) and all of the coffee & tea options provided. Teresa was extremely helpful — made check-in easy, gave us all the information we needed, and was always very responsive when I had questions. The apartment was well located for us - a 20 minute walk to Wrigley Field and a 7 minute walk to the Brown Line station. Definitely recommend this place."

"This property is in a great location within walking distance to all the fun bars/restuarants in Wrigleyville. It is described as vintage but would definitely be better with updating and TLC. Not sure if our group actually found any air conditioning, so fans would have helped. No onsite parking available, but street parking passes available for $20.
