"I normally stay in hotels, but for this trip I couldn't find one that worked well in this neighborhood, so I "took a chance" on Chicago Guest House. Winner! This place is on a wonderful residential block in the Wrigley Field area. The unit itself (3rd floor) is a beautifully maintained, charming, three bedroom apartment. It was clean and quiet with the bear minimum in a tiny room with a small bed. So far short, I think it’s fine. For a long stay, I’d be asking for a much bigger room. "

"The room had an interesting layout with a small living room (couch was stained) with the bathroom and closet opening up to it and a separate bedroom with just the 2 beds. The beds and pillows were comfy. The room had a funny smell (maybe because of the AC window unit). We commented that the long hallway leading up to the registration desk smelled great and wished that smell would carry into our room. The entire hotel was VERY dark.
