"I stayed overnight at CrossBasket Castle with my boyfriend as he received a generous voucher for the Michel Roux Jr tasting menu. The hotel and staff are absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The food is exquisite and it’s possibly one of the finest cheese boards we have ever had. Look forward to retuning one day."
"This is one of our favourite hotels! This hotel has amazing amenities, rooms are so well appointed. The bed and bedding was so luxurious it was like sleeping on a cloud. The restaurant located in the hotel was also a 5⭐️. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were so gracious and helpful. If in Glasgow do not pass on this hotel. So close to all restaurants and shopping and felt extremely safe "
"Very pleasant stay, couldn’t really fault anything but what enhanced the stay was defiantly the staff, special mention to a very attentive front doorman who went the extra mile.( sorry didn’t catch his name)
Thanks"
"The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is comfortable and clean. Internet might not be fast enough for remote desktop connection, but it should be fine if you're just here for leisure.
Staff has been very helpful throughout the process. And Stevie who greeted us for the check-in even helped carry our heavy luggage to 2/F - that was much appreciated!"
"Great location as you can walk off the train and straight into hotel. Serves an excellent breakfast. No complaints other than to say really surprised to find that the room didn't have a fridge or mini bar."
"Great hotel, we’ve stayed here quite a few times. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The rooms are clean spacious and spacious, great amenities with free mini bar and lounge access. Only complaints would be that beds and pillows need a bit of a refresh. The beds are a bit worn and pillows are very flat.
We definitely will be back!

"Hotel feels sophisticated. Lovely reception area and cosy relaxed bar and restaurant. Buffet breakfast had a great variety. We ate in the restaurant for one evening and the food was lovely. Our room for 3 (2 adults & one teenager) was a great size with two double beds. Well equipped gym and good sized pool (no additional charge). All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s a 15 minute stroll into the city centre but we also used Uber a couple of times which only cost £6. Will...

"Functional stay at Point A Glasgow for a few days. Very clean. Curtains didn’t fully cover the window and in Glasgow city centre so to ensure a good night’s sleep I’d recommend a sleep blindfold and earplugs. "
