"The property is located right on the beach with a wonderful unobstructed view. The covered porch on three sides provides shade and multiple sitting areas with a nice cooling breeze. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and good A/C and ceiling fans. We would certainly rent here again on our next visit to George Town."

"I rented Rick and Jodi’s house with a girlfriend to celebrate her 50th with a week of relaxation. This beautiful home on a private beach with crystal clear water and white sand provided exactly that! The house was spotless and provided everything we needed, from cooking supplies to an entire garage full of beach equipment. The house is perched just up a walkway from the white-sand beach that’s easily accessible. There’s a small coral reef a short swim off shore that we explored daily—saw lion fish, sea stars, anemones, turtles and a rainbow of tropical fish. Rick was always available for questions and recommendations and navigating the home was easy with clear instructions everywhere. We rented a boat with Off Island Boat Tours and Captain Chris was the best. We also had excellent deep-tissue massages from Rick’s recommended massage therapist. I can honestly say this was the best vacation I’ve had yet and my friend and I are both going back with our families and renting Rick’s house again!"

The view was beyond expectation, and the location could not have been better. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. The staff at the Hideaways are very helpful and friendly. The packet that we received from Michael and Roseann as soon as we booked was very useful. She had stocked us up with groceries when we arrived and set up activities for us during the trip. The home is perfectly situated in a calm cove between Georgetown and Little Exuma. "We loved sitting on the edge every morning and seeing the sun come up. We cooked delicious meals everyday in the kitchen and the ac kept us cold at night, loved that we had hot water in showers. I will return soon We loved the grounds keeper he came by several times and checked on us. I highly recommend"

"Prior to our stay, Eric provided an island guide via email that we found incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Upon arrival, Tony met us at the airport and helped us get to the rental car building. Tony led us to the house and showed us around, making sure we had everything we needed. We had an absolutely amazing stay. Aqua Vista was so perfect that we didn't even feel the need to leave the house most days. We took the kayaks to a remote island, paddle boarded, went snorkeling, and collected shells (all at the house!!!). The kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling gear significantly improved our trip and we were so grateful that these things came with the house. The house was even better than the pictures and everything was spotless. The road leading up to the house is pretty rough, but we made it there in a Pacifica mini van just fine. Eric was extremely responsive and we had no trouble getting in touch with him when we needed to. I can't say enough great things about this rental - we would 100% stay again!"
