"This is a cute little cottage with an absolutely gorgeous view & access to shallow water 2-4 feet when tides out! Owner has snorkel equipment, kayaks, floats and other supplies for enjoying the water! It’s a bit of an inconvenience to run to the grocery so bring your own food. Kitchen is fairly stocked w most things needed to prepare food. We loved the dock, especially at night when star gazing was great! The visiting dogs are a fun addition! Host is very attentive."

"This place was perfect for us to walk to store & also meet friends on the water. A few things need repaired but overall it was spacious for our family of 5. Landscaping is perfect. Staff & Nancy are delightful. It’s a little bit noisy with construction nearby, but fans help keep that to a minimum. Loved & brought extension cord recommendation from another family. Met lovely neighbors. Would stay here again!"

"We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island."

"My husband and I stayed at this property in Georgetown and found it to be the perfect size. It was adequately stocked with what you'd need for a few days or a week stay. The check in and check out process was smooth. There was a pretty big incident, but not to the fault of the property owner. "We had a fantastic time at Nancy’s place. She was very accommodating, and such a gracious host. The property was amazing. There was everything we needed and more when it came to amenities provided. We enjoyed chatting with our host, and the proximity to anything we wanted to do on the island. The only problem we had was that we didn’t book a longer stay. We flew into Nassau today, and wish we were back in Exuma. We will definitely book again."
