From the moment you enter the front door and gaze upon the incredible blue vista of the Exuma Bank youโ€™ll know that you have found a true Bahamian paradise. This newly constructed luxury home is perfectly located on beautiful Tar Bay with miles of walkable white sand beach and conveniently located between the airport and Georgetown.
Of course, Vista Blue is all about the water so you will be able to take full advantage with an incredible infinity edge heated pool, water toys, floats, kayaks, and snorkel gear. The outdoor entertainment area has everything you need with chaise lounges, a fire pit, a hammock, outdoor dining area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. When you're ready to hit the sand a private staircase brings you down to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!
If you want to spend some time indoors you wonโ€™t give up the view with a huge great room featuring 2 seating areas, a dining table that seats 10, a 75โ€ TV with oversize couch, a bar, a wine fridge, gaming table and of course a gourmet kitchen.
Once the day is over you can retire to one of 5 luxury master suites each with king size bed and large private ensuite bath. Three of the bedrooms feature incredible ocean views and one has additional bunk beds.

The best
We recently stayed at a Vista blue for my wifeโ€™s 30th birthday and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The villa was immaculately clean, exceeding my expectations in every way. The quality of the furniture was top-notch, offering both comfort and luxury. It was evident that every detail was carefully considered to ensure a truly luxurious stay. I can't wait to return to this villa in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect getaway!

Exceeded Expectations!
Just spent a week at Vista Blue and was blown away by the beautiful house and location. We were there to celebrate my motherโ€™s 70th birthday and arrived to find a birthday banner and decorations waiting for us. Kevin and Linda were extremely responsive before and during our trip. The house had everything we could possibly need and the view of the ocean is stunning. We spent most of our time by the pool and only left the house on a few occasions. There were several markets close by which was super convenient and we enjoyed drinks and a dinner at Timโ€™s on the Bay right down the street (dinner menu depends on what they have that day, but we arenโ€™t picky and enjoyed the view and ocean breeze). We had multiple couples and small children and the house layout was perfect. We had more than enough space to spread out and not get on each others nerves :) The location also felt very safe and quiet. I would highly recommend Vista Blue and canโ€™t wait to return!

Beautiful home and location (strikingly beautiful, even pictures donโ€™t do it justice) as described. Very responsive owner (to even minor issues). Canโ€™t recommend this experience (including the island itself, bucket list). Highly recommend a private chef experience for multiple nights (the math and overall experience is even better than venturing out to dinner). At least a half day boat outing is a must and, if possible, Captain Angelo of A1 Taxi. Deeโ€™s car service for any/all needs (sheโ€™s incredibly responsive/dependable).

Incredible house with amazing views!
We couldn't have had a better stay at Vista Blue. The house was immaculate & it perfectly accommodated our two families with children. Views were amazing & we really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was so nice having the pool & the beach just steps away. It was a great location, very close to the airport & easy to drive Georgetown, grocery, etc. Kevin (owner) was extremely helpful prior to our trip & was great to work with...very responsive throughout the process. We hope to visit again & would highly recommend!

Canโ€™t rate this high enough.
First, the house and property are beautiful. Four couples. We all had our own little suite with private bathrooms. Large common area with comfy couches, chairs, and plenty of tables. Outside, there were lots of places to relax either in the sun or shade. The pool was warm and clean. The view of the ocean and the (truly) private beach was so relaxing. The only people on the beach were at the few other houses on that stretch of beach. Kevin and Spence were terrific to work with and very responsive. Kevin was super flexible when our flights changed due to weather issues. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We just wanted to say thank you to all who were involved in making this property what it is! This house is conveniently located 4 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from a great beachside restaurant & bar โ€œTimโ€™s on the Bayโ€, Elaine, the owner was super sweet, about 15 minutes from Coco Plum Beach(a must go), convenient to grocery and liquor stores! Now this houseโ€ฆ.this house is perfect for anyone who wants to visit but it was perfect for us bc of its set upโ€ฆ.5 King Bedrooms with their own bathrooms, you never see this. The house and outdoor living space was very clean and just gorgeous! Kevin, the owner was always quick to respond to questions and communication was on par. Thank you for creating such a beautiful vacation space. We all really loved our time at your property and are still missing it and the Bahamasโ€ฆ.who would ever want to leave?

Perfection!
Vista Blue is unlike any other rental property Iโ€™ve stayed at. The owners have thought of it all. It feels like itโ€™s your home, just in paradise. The home is well stocked with quality items (spices, pots, pans, tuppaware, laundry detergent, etc.) Communication with the hosts was super easy. You can tell the owners go above and beyond to make sure their guests truly enjoy their stay. Iโ€™d go out of my way to stay at a rental property they own again! They provide you with a home guide that includes different chefs/boat companies, etc. We chose a few different vendors off their list and all were absolutely amazing too. The beach the house is on is beautiful. Paddleboards were so fun. Beds were super comfy. And the location โ€” perfection. You feel like youโ€™re on a private beach but are 5min to airport; 10-15min to town. Just book this place you wonโ€™t regret it!!!

I celebrated my 40th Birthday at Vista Blue with a group of 8 friends. From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail from the homeowners goes above and beyond. The house is very well stocked - we had everything we needed. The views are breathtaking. We enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding, as well as playing cornhole. The heated infinity edge pool was fantastic. The recommended services were greatly appreciated - we used Charlene Rolle for concierge services, had a chef provide breakfast each morning and dinner one night. We went to dinner at 23 North and Blu on the Water. It was painful to leave! I hope we will make it back to Vista Blue!

Our happy place.
Our 5th trip to Exuma and first time at Vista Blue. The house, pool and beach are amazing and beautiful. The house is very comfy and well set up with everything you need, lots of room to spread out inside and out. We loved the pool's Baja shelf, especially for the little kids to sit and play in the water. Kevin was really helpful in providing an extra pack and play and a highchair to accommodate our two 1 year old's. He also provided a contact to rent a full size crib , she was very helpful and easy to deal with. We also liked the convenience of being close to the airport and supermarkets. Super happy with our holiday at Vista Blue.

I would like to start out with we own a few rental properties, and after staying here I am embarrassed of my self. The owners put should have a master class on how itโ€™s done. Everything is exactly as advertised/ photographed. Their welcome email has everything you would ever need and more. I know there is no such thing as perfect, but this is dang near honesty I couldnโ€™t find anything to complain about if I wanted to. One of the best things about staying here was you feel the owners truly love the home and want to share their enjoyment with you. There is no crazy clean the house and pool requirements. Just enjoy your vacation. Thank you.

A Vacation We Will Always Remember!!!
Vista Blue is even more stunning in person, the pictures donโ€™t even do it justice. Itโ€™s truly breathtaking! Kevin & Linda were amazing hosts as they communicated with us months leading up to our planned girls trip, answering all of our many questions & giving the best recommendations. The beds are incredibly comfortable & the bathrooms are clean and spacious with plenty of bath & beach towels. The house is so well equipped, thereโ€™s nothing they didnโ€™t think of โ€”there is a speaker, a yeti cooler & even an ice machine! We highly recommend booking Dee with Deeโ€™s tours if you choose not to rent a car. She quickly became a friend for life, making sure we were able to get to each excursion we had planned & made us all feel extremely safe. Vista Blueโ€™s house manager, Desereen even had the house equipped with our requested snacks & drinks upon arrival so we didnโ€™t have to go to the grocery store. We also booked a half day with Exuma Water Sports where we were able to swim with the pigs and iguanas! Kevin & Linda, thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home with us & being the absolute best hosts! We will be talking about the amazing views and memories made at Vista Blue for life & we canโ€™t wait to plan our next girls trip back to Exuma!

Vista Blue is EVERYTHING & then some!!
We spent 8 days at Vista Blue & we did NOT want to leave! This was our 4th rental on the island - We enjoyed the previous homes & villas, however, they were always lacking something. Vista Blue checked every box and then some! The location, the decor & layout of the house, and the gorgeous view of the walkable beach and the water can't be beaten! The owners left no stone unturned! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking & there are even loads of organic spices which was an added surprise. Also to our surprise, there's plenty of laundry & dishwashing soap, toilet paper, glasses & dishes & all the things you need for the comforts of home - even several blankets/throws for hanging out at night or watching TV. The beds are extremely comfortable - and all bathrooms come with stocked necessities. There are plenty of beach towels and 2 sets of washer/dryers for larger groups. All the things & more that made staying here a breeze since the grocery stores close early, etc. The deck & pool are another home in itself! We grilled steak & lobster on the outdoor grill & our family really enjoyed playing with the large Jenga game. The pictures are very accurate & there's plenty of seating inside & out. There are beach chairs, kayaks, & paddle boards as well as a soft Yeti cooler & bags to use while on an excursion or if you rent a boat, etc. We love the house/location - & the owner's friendliness & communication are top-notch! Vista Blue did not disappoint! We will be back!

Best vacation ever!!
The most beautiful house, and the perfect layout for our family that included 5 cousins ages 7-16, 2 couples and a grandmother. Top of the line appliances including a great sound system. We spent the majority of the time either in the amazing pool or on the beach! Snorkles kayaks, and a standup paddle board. They had it all! Hosts were very attentive and helpful! Canโ€™t wait to come back!

This was our first trip to Great Exuma, and we couldn't have picked a better house or location! The home is exactly as advertised and pictured, and the location is one of the best on the island! The beds were comfy, the towels were fluffy, and everything you could need is in the kitchen. The outside is just as well outfitted. They have floats for the pool, comfortable loungers, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle board, masks/snorkels, and games! You climb out of the beautiful pool, walk down a few steps, and fall into the stunning ocean! It's paradise!! I expected the pictures I had seen of the ocean to be a filter, but that's really what it looks like. No filter is needed! Kevin and Linda answered every question we had before arrival and during our stay. Stop dreaming about it, and just book it! We will definitely be back.

Perfection!
We had a big family vacation at this NEW beautifully appointed beach house. Three families all together. 6 Adults & 6 young adults 19 to 21 year olds. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for all of us. The house & EVERYTHING is just stunning! We only went out to eat once. So, we cooked A LOT. There is everything necessary to prepare & serve a crowd! Kevin was very responsive to any questions, and easy to work with. We hands down recommend this centrally located beach house. The water & beach are pristine, and kayaks & paddle boards are included. We would love to vacation here again!

The Perfect House on the Most Beautiful Beach!
This house was absolutely perfect! Every detail was thought out and executed meticulously. Everything from the comfy beds, to the breathtaking location is pure perfection. We traveled with our family - a group of 6 adults and 4 kids, and we had more than enough room. We had everything we could ask for and more. Loved that they had floats, paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel gear on site. Kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking for the family a breeze. Kevin and Linda were so friendly and easy to communicate with! They answered all questions so quickly. Seriously, we can't wait to come back. Will definitely be staying at Vista Blue again!
