"The apartment is literally a five minute walk to the beach. The beach was nice and not too crowded. What’s nice is if you’re a multigenerational group, apartment B is right next door making it easy for a large group to stay together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back."

"We had a delightful stay at Dan’s place. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer stroll to the central Pompano Fishing Pier. While some of the beach supplies (like chairs) could benefit from a refresh, this minor inconvenience didn’t dampen our experience. The grounds are inviting and offer a private oasis for relaxation. "Yeah, the back yard and pool is nice but the host is not local (Europe) and very unreasonable to deal with. All he cares about is making money and not keeping the property well maintained. There was mold in the coffee pot. Mold in the bathroom. Nails sticking out of the floor. Sand in the bed sheets. The kitchen, living area and sun room were very unorganized. The dishwasher was still full of dishes. Not enough towels. Don't even go in the garage, its a disaster, you cant hardly walk through...
