"Loved how easy it was to access the beach and having staff set up chairs/umbrella was awesome. Waitstaff at pool and beach were attentive and friendly. The food is “meh,” but that is exactly what I expected so no disappointment there. Right on the boardwalk so plenty of other dining options. The area itself is expensive, but a quick ride to the downtown area provides some great alternatives. You don’t need a car which saves a ton of money when flying into Fort Lauderdale. "When I arrived the room smelled like fish. I requested a new room. I was told “well we’re by the ocean.” The ocean didn’t smell as fishy as the room. I did like that it was within walking distance to restaurants and close to the cruise port. I won’t stay here again. I only stayed because my usual hotel wasn’t available. "
