"Breakfast was mediocre, lukewarm, and exactly the same each day, which is a drag when you're staying multiple days. Coffee was quite dreadful. Thankfully I was the only one in the bed, as it had a person-sized divot in the middle from all the previous occupants; new mattresses or at least turning them would be a plus. Asked for a new lightbulb in my room as it was missing entirely, took them 24 hours and 2 requests to brig one. Charged an additional "service" fee on top of my Hotels.com prepaid...
