"We really enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks at this home in Evanston! Great location with a GARAGE and LAUNDRY room (which is hard to find at this price point in the area). Close walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, post office, and downtown mom & pop shops. About 30 minutes from downtown Chicago (without traffic) and 25 minutes to Niles. "I'm a seminary student, and I came into town for an intensive class. So, I was really only in the space in the evenings, but it was comfy. The location is amazing!!! The studio apartment was decently clean. The projector is VERY cool. There were a few details I could not find instructions for, like where to take the garbage out when I was on my way out. But I left a message for the owner and they were good about it. I would stay again. Recommend."

"Breakfast was mediocre, lukewarm, and exactly the same each day, which is a drag when you're staying multiple days. Coffee was quite dreadful. Thankfully I was the only one in the bed, as it had a person-sized divot in the middle from all the previous occupants; new mattresses or at least turning them would be a plus. Asked for a new lightbulb in my room as it was missing entirely, took them 24 hours and 2 requests to brig one. Charged an additional "service" fee on top of my Hotels.com prepaid...

"We loved this sweet apartment in downtown Evanston! It’s super-close to the L (Dempster), Trader Joe‘s, and great places to eat, and is equipped for light cooking if desired. Immaculate, too. We plan to stay here whenever we visit our son. Easy access to keys, well-secured building, safe area. Just great!"
