4.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1006)
"The hotel was very nice! Clean, and a great staff working there. Room was of decent size with two queen beds. Bed was comfortable except for the pillows. The pillows were thin and went flat. The bathroom was nice and spacious, but had a rolling barn door. I've discovered I don't care for that since I was visiting LA with my teenage son. He and I both felt like it didn't shut enough to give us the privacy we prefer. Plus, the door would occasionally catch if shut too hard and you became stuck in...

DTLA Hotel
2.5 star property
6.4 out of 10, (1003)
"Staff was friendly, area was somewhat clean for what it is. The place had limited amenities; no ice machine had to walk to a liquor store, the pool had no water. Moreover, there was a vallet fee of 15 in wich you park your own car and it was not noted when making the reservations. Lastly the AC temperature was locked and had to manhandled the door to the restroom. Would like a refund."
