"Magnificent! Everything from the moment of arrival was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible especially Virginia with Guest Services, Marco the bar manager and Andreas at the front desk. A shuttle into town and back to the hotel was great as its quite a treacherous dangerous walk to town. But the luxury Mercedes van goes back and forth on the hour up to 10pm. She greeted me with a cup of coffee and answered all my questions about the Aeolians and was there if i needed anything else. I thought breakfast would have been included given the price we paid for one night, but apparently not. Other than that, this is a high quality property, much better than the 3 stars advertised I would suggest, coming from someone who travels regularly. "
