"This was a beautiful place right on the water. Unfortunately it rained during our vacation here but that’s Mother Nature. You can hear the water at night which is very tranquil. The only thing we didn’t like was the walking up and down stairs to our room. This place is on a cliff and access can be tough if you have bad knees. Other than that very nice. Private beach area"

"What a special place! The location is walkable to so many dining and shopping areas as well as the Opera House. The owners are remarkably kind and the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. The dining at Dobo rooftop restaurant was memorable for both the view and the exceptional food. "We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms...

"DO NOT STAY HERE! My family had a horrible experience at this hotel and left after only one night into a three night reservation. Dirty room, broken toilet, disgusting shower, no air conditioning, extremely noisy location made it impossible to sleep. Ruined the first day of our Italy vacation. We moved out to a better hotel and Agatha Cosy Hotel /Santuzza Hotels has refused to refund any money. So we paid for 3 nights taxes and stayed only 1 night.
