"Beautiful hotel located close to the ancient town of Montepulciano. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. "

"I was not at all happy with this “hotel.” The room was very small, the bathroom ridiculously tiny. The soap they gave was the size of a postage stamp. The breakfast was awful. The bed in this tiny room practically took up the entire room and was just a piece of foam that sagged all over. I could not get a decent nights sleep. I have never complained about a place I stayed...but this should not have received more than a 1or 2 star. The receptionist on the first night was very unfriendly and...

"Charming and all of the staff were kind and very helpful from the reception at check in to the staff running the excellent breakfast. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything and gave helpful advice about the area. I hope to come back and visit them again soon! "

"Overall good missing few tips no Netflix or Prime I requested a wake up call and they woke me up an hour later 🤔 dinner was average had the boar sauce pasta and was old to me. Asked for a charger and there was any. Bed was comfortable room nice "
