"A traditional Italian hotel. Lots of dark wood. Staff very friendly. Breakfast view of the Duomo is stunning. Fair buffet breakfast. Roof top terrace bar. Not quite enough staff. Brilliant shower, always loads of hot water. WiFi is virtually non existent. They know this and nothing is done. Weirdly our European adapter that we’ve used all over Europe wouldn’t fit, we bought another one. Great location. You are near everywhere. "The hotel is in central location, there are also some nice bars and restaurants. The hotel itself decorated as a museum the lobby looks astonishing, the room was cosy but the bathroom is really old, the doors of the shower were barely closing"
