We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. "Great hotel for kids- heated swimming pool, amazing water park, lots if kids club activities and a theme park! Amazing rooms- so spacious! But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot. The lady at the kids restaurant made an extra effort with my little one and he loved it- so that was nice. They should get proper life guards near the kids pool as...

"U had to pay for the safe in your room buy sis not get deposit back at the end of your stay. U only got tea and coffee in your room on the first day and the meals were always burger turkey and chips. Hotel staff very friendly. Bar area smelt like it had been wiped with a sweaty sock so it put us off drinking at the bar as we were worried what the glasses would smell like"
