"We loved staying here. If you didn’t want to leave the complex for excursions etc, there was no need. Everything you needed was within the complex itself. Staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. We really enjoyed the variety of entertainment in the evenings and the restaurants on site were lovely, great food and atmosphere all round. "

The same person performs the following tasks, the customer service, room service, concierge and others. the staff everywhere is humble and sweat. However the reception staff lack some professionalism and need lots of training. The resort is highly recommended, I will come again for sure."

"The hotel is not 5 stars first of all, but could go under 4 stars category. The staff are so welcoming, so helpful and nice all over the hotel. The food was good and so tasteful, unlike the reviews. Dessert buffet was amazing. Everyday they have a different menu. Buffet 3 times a day, and huge variation that suits all people. The terrace and view is so good. "Beach access/garden was brilliant, services and buffets in both restaurant and bars excellent. Kids club and shows with fantastic entertainement including presentation is a great success with Adem (Master entertainer) and occasional other programmes (Kenian, Mongolian/Chinese) where fun and laughters are guaranteed."
