"Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night. "It is a residence style hotel with kitchenettes etc We err expecting a traditional room and services. However the room was clean and well appointed. "

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"한국분들 혹시 숙박하실 계획이라면 두가지 참고하셔야 할것 같습니다. 첫째 바퀴벌레의 천국입니다. 한두마리가 아니라 2층, 화장실, 부엌등 하루에 10마리 정도는 잡으실 계획하셔야 합니다. 둘째로 조금만 전기를 쓰면 전원이 차단됩니다. 밤새 바퀴벌레가 돌아다니는 방에서 불도 못키고 하루를 보내고 아침에 연락했더니 쉽다면서 지하에 있는 분전함에서 올리면 된다고 하더군요. 그후 3번정도 내려간거 같습니다. 전반적인 시설은 새로 리모델링 해서 무난합니다. 음식도 해먹을 수 있구요. 벌레랑 친하신분들에게는 좋은 시설이라고 생각합니다."
