"Nice hotel off the main road, quiet but close to main areas of Milan. "

"This a wonderful location! Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper gentleman. We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....

"Arrival was very well managed and attentive. However the air conditioning in the room didn’t work and although there was a voucher for a drink and breakfast the choice of drinks was very limited.
