"Beautiful hotel. Staff was awesome from the second we arrived. The rooms with the plunge pools are awesome. Perfect location to sit around and enjoy the company. The food was amazing, also. They do not have an in-house massage service, but the front desk called a mobile massage service and they came to my room within an hour. Perfect visit at a wonderful hotel."

"We had a great stay at Flamingos. Our apartment was clean, spacious and we had plenty of room. Some parts of the venue are a little tired and the bathroom could do with some refurbishment but overall, for the price, we were very happy. We arrived late after the reception had closed but the hotel staff made sure we knew how to access our apartment. The beaches are just a few minutes walk away and there is a small shop nearby too. The town is a short taxi ride away "

"We had a great stay here. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned to a high standard and all areas of the property were clean and well cared for. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful and included plenty of local products. The daily delivery of bottled water was much appreciated. Airis is in an excellent location - lovely beaches at the bottom of the road and a 50 minute coastal walk into the heart of Chania (the bus back stops nearby!). We look forward to...

"Lovely helpful staff, beautifully laid out rooms with excellent facilities. Housekeeping was perfect. Fantastic pools, perfect for families. There was a lovely mix of nationalities staying at the hotel, perfect for families or couples. 15 mins or for a coastal walk into Chania - a vibrant city with a stunning old town and Venetian harbour. Recommend a day trip to the Samaria gorge if you’re active. "

The grounds are clean, the pool is a nice size with an amazing view. Everyone was very friendly, and already planning to come back. The beaches were great too, clean water and soft sand"
