"This is a unique historic property with large, beautfully furnished rooms in Old Town Chania. The hosts are very gracious and moved quickly to fix a water problem that developed soon after we arrived. The breakfasts are really lovely and are served on unique china and silver dishes. It was wonderful to have a large parking space but it's very tricky to locate and then drive down the very narrow lanes to the end of the road. "This is a self-service hotel where you will receive the location and door code along with the key which associates to your room. The room had the basic necessities such as soap, towels and WiFi which were all I needed. The only issue I had was activating the A/C which did not work even after closing the window. Overall, I enjoyed Chania and TheJoy hotel and would come back again!"

"Our stay at Anotolia Charming was so amazing, the room and the service were both superb. Only a short stroll from the old port with shopping and restaurants and an amazing vibe all round. The lady at the desk was so helpful and assisted us with several local calls to retrieve some items we had left on another island - we can't thank her enough!!
