The staff and the food were very good. The walk to the beach was a decent walk down a steep hill. Not a lot of restaurants and pubs nearby. The shop onsite was very reasonable and well stocked with pleasant staff.

Loved every minute
Loved it, spotless, modern hotel, lovely food, fresh with a great choice and wonderful, happy staff. Only one thing to better would be Cava or Prosecco on all inclusive. Location is beautiful, not too far from town and friendly little place to hire bikes very close by at great prices. We will definitely return!

I liked the staff , all were pleasant , Stella and Vaseliki were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. The food is catered to the Europeans , as I am American it wasnt really all that good , when I arrived I was a little disappointed in the room , but I think I was juat aggrevated from a missed flight and arriving at midnight , it was clean Ac unit dripped water 2nd night and quit working , they fixed it . Apparently the Greeks dont care about Ac or ice in the drinks and if you do get ice its a couple of cubes , not just at the resort . Pool and facilities are nice , but crowded in August , do yourself a favor and rent a car and go explore , we went to Santorini on a ferry , beautiful Island , shopping sucks and get ready to walk and everything is expensive. Looking around Sirios is one of the nicer resorts. Cant really complain too much .

The room was very clean, but they put a couple with no children in a room right in front of the kiddie pools. This place is very suitable for families more than couples as it was overrun with children during our stay. The all inclusive is pretty selective. If you bring your own cup for drinks they refuse to fill it at the bar. You can only fill it with the mixed drinks in the machines. There are self fill taps for beer and wine in the main dining room which was nice. The bar closes at 11pm, which is a little too early for an all inclusive from my experience. They also would provide bottled water for in the room during the day. They made you go buy it at the mini Market. If you asked after the market closed they will give you a bottle though. I found that pretty ridiculous. The food was pretty good, lots of selection for dinner and the snacks throughout the day are good - they'll make you a gyro and there is pizza and sandwiches. What annoyed us was the billiards and fooseball table cost a euro to play in an all inclusive resort - give me a break! The all inclusive ice cream is only available during certain times too. The beach is gorgeous, but it is a good 10 minute walk off the property and there are no lounge chairs that we could find for the resort. We walked to Iguana Beach a little further away and it was less crowded and beautiful. We luckily were only there for a few nights, I don't think I could do a week at this resort.

Excellent resort with fabulous staff
I should start by thanking Hotels.com for getting me good deal on fabulous resort, which was even better as they gave me £100 back as the price fell after I’d booked. Thought you deserved good review also!! This is an excellent resort with amazing staff. Here's why... This was a recuperation trip for my wife who had a broken foot and I sent them a 'cheeky' long list of requirements thinking I wouldn't even get a response. Sophia, the booking manager, went above and beyond and organised everything for us including transfers and we were treated like royalty from that point onward. Food – I’m fussy eater but there was always something that tasted amazing, I especially loved the slow cooked beef, kept returning to it despite other adventurous dishes available. The cakes were amazing. Its all-inclusive - but really good quality, deserves its high 4 stars. Staff – I’ve been 4/5 star holidays, hotels, cruises all over the world and they are up there in top 5 in my opinion if the staff are friendly and helpful any problem can be solved. Facilities – it’s a small family run resort with good staff and the facilities reflect that – good pools with slides and loads of sunbeds, parasols and even gazebos A big plus is the wifi – excellent I had the most relaxing time and you treated my wife so well you helped her relax also. So thank you all and keep up the friendly service through the long summer. We will be BACK!!!

Weather was gorgeous in Sirios Village.
We thought the food was excellent plenty of Cretan dishes to try something new all six days we stayed. Enjoyed the entertainment nighty simple but lots of fun participating. Daily Aqua fit and pool activities by friendly staff. Everything was always clean. Staff were above themselves with help and courtesy. Hope to be able to return.

Long weekend in Crete
The hotel is decent, but obviously NOT 'All' inclusive. Pool towels can be rented for a deposit of 5 EUR, then 4 EUR is returned on checkout. Alcohol is very limited with a palatable white wine, uzo, raki, and an average beer before 12pm. After 12pm, it includes well gin, tequila, and vodka with a soda mixer. There is a menu of "additional cost" cocktails (most everything) with common US brands of alcohol, and they aren't inexpensive. Food was plentiful and decent. We did not go hungry, but it didn't seem that there was much variety between the days. Room was decent, but I would not splurge for "ocean view", as it is a small sliver of water that you can see on a clear day. Very little discipline from parents to their children. There are 3 pools, one for small children and 2 others. Hotel would be well served to make one of the 2 age limited to allow adults to enjoy one pool area without being inundated by other people's children.

3* not 4*
Excellent food, hardworking staff, clean comfy rooms but small, overall look of the pool areas is 3* not 4*. The hotel is all inclusive however not everything is included. The drinks do not match the food quality. There are 3 cocktails on the all inclusive on a daily basis however they are disgusting and no-one could drink them. We paid extra for a piña colada which was never on the all inclusive even though we asked if it was and were told that it would be but even when paying it for one it was poor. We were the only English people in the hotel and were not welcomed by the other guests. Nothing around the hotel outside but a 10 minute bus ride takes you to Chania which is beautiful, full of restaurants, shops and markets. We would return to Greece/Chania but not to this hotel. 3* definitely not 4*.

Great location close to Chania centre and airport. 5 mins walk to sandy beach. Walk distance to Lidl and Inka supermarkets. Quiet hotel with beautiful garden. Big swimming pool for small children ( 10cm - 60cm deep). Clean rooms. Great service. Good food selection. Kids menu. Family friendly hotel. Just shower could be bigger.

Nice hotel
The hotel was good but the room was the problem! The room was tiny and unsuitable for a family, it was a twin bedroom and a travel cot, which we had to negotiate the position of the cot to do anything in the room!! There was one plug socket and one tiny wardrobe! The safety deposit boxes were not in the room but in the receptions lobby. The 'cable TV' was 2 English news channels!! But on the plus side the air conditioning in the room was great!! There was a small en-suite and the shower cubicle wasn't big enough and you'd end up bashing your elbows when washing! The balcony was very small and needed a clothes dryer/airer. However, the food and drink for an all-inclusive hotel was one of the best we have ever stopped at! The numerous pools were fab and perfect for families and there were loads of loungers! The staff were really nice and happy to help. The housemaid and bar staff was particularly nice.

Fabulous holiday
On arrival upgraded yo a luxury suite with our own pool, patio, jacuzzi bath and shower. Hotel staff friendly, especially the cleaners, ice cream lady, reception and bar staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Meals - meat / fish not great but salads, dips, cheese, potatoes and bread superb. Giros served from 12 -5 pm very tasty and washed down with an ice cold beer delicious. 5 mins to the beech, when leaving by the rear of the hotel, showers available. To the rt you will find more small bays and beech bars, frequented by locals. Sea very safe and clean. Chania approx 4km, not a pleasant walk but buses and taxis are frequent. The old town and harbour are beautiful, drinks and food reasonably priced.
