"A friend and I stayed for one night in a twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, but sadly the shower and bath adjuster was broken. You would try to have a shower and it would run at low pressure as it was filling the bath. It was too late to change rooms as we were going back out for the evening. The hotel in general was clean, staff very friendly/helpful, breakfast good choice, and in a good location for us. "

"Hotel was in a great area with the underground station a 2min walk away linking you quickly to Pickadilly and other stations. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Hotel and room were clean and felt secure. Fan provided as the room has no air conditioning. The only downside for me was the size of the double bed. This would be great for a single or business traveller but for a couple it was really small. "

"The studio was clean and everything worked. The mattress was slightly uncomfortable, dipped down in the middle. Shower worked properly but the area was quite small. Noticed some cracks in the floor tiles and some edging had broken off a plastic strip on a cupboard. Minor things really."
