This hotel had a lot of potential but it’s simply not a 5 star hotel. It’s more aligned with a 4 star. The corridor smelled of horrible stale smoke and the rooms just didn’t feel luxurious. Rough bedding and strange furnishings. It just didn’t feel worth the money I paid for it.

Conveniently located in Covent Garden, the hotel provides easy access to all the vibrant attractions of the area. What a great find in Covent Garden! This hotel was perfectly located to walk or Tube to all of London’s sites! Our room was adorable with the most comfortable bed! The room had its own wine glasses, martini glasses, and a shaker! There is a Nespresso machine along with fresh cream in the fridge! The bathroom was nicely decorated and the shampoos they provided made you feel like you were in a spa! We can’t compliment the hotel enough! We will definitely be back!
