"The room were clean and proper sanitation maintained. Basic materials are provided, nothing fancy. The rooms and bathroom are pretty small, only sufficient for a single petite person. However, the location of the hotel is few minutes to the Kings Cross and St.Pancreas stations and therefore easy to reach central london or the airports. However, the manager did not allow for late check-out."

"It’s London centre so don’t expect too much but certainly had some idiosyncratic things about it. They gave you two keys one was supposed to open the front door at night but during the day another door was closed but you didn’t have the key for that one so had to buzz in. shared bathroom and showers up and down stairs. but i wasn’t in london for the accommodation ! "

"Definitely not as bad as some reviews are saying - I stayed here for 4 days and there weren't many issues. There is a lot of construction going on outside but I was rarely there during the day and it was quiet at night which is what mattered to me. The walls are very thin but other guests were quiet so it wasn't much of a bother. It's no smoking but when the hotel heat turns on you can smell some cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vent, so that was a little annoying. Location is super...

"Was hard to find, get to from coach station. On arriving lady checking us in was nice friendly easy to do. Getting to room had go outside, down then in doors. Out room was ground floor nearly fell down stairs steep step soon as open door. Getting in room there was empty spare that could be used as table chairs for guests maybe to eat if staying more than a night. Bed was so comfy lovely was tidy. Can do with bit more work. Just a kettle no cups etc. bathroom can tell just been made new shower...
