"Girlfriend and I had a very relaxing trip. The butler service is 10/10. Cannot recommend Villa 66 enough (Bernardo and George are the best). Drinks were good but inconsistent across the resort. Lots of restaurants across all of the resorts (we couldn’t do half of them in 8 days!). Private pool was awesome, can’t recommend enough. Good access to lots of Cenotes nearby. "The room itself was beautiful we used the outdoor bathtub everyday it was so romantic. The location is only about a mile away from the beach which is very convenient. When booking we didn’t realize it’s an independently owned apartment in a complex and not a hotel. With that in mind - they only give you 2 towels for the beach/pool and you can’t request more at the desk. Also the front desk staff was inexperienced. "
