"THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! The location (right on the beach), the amenities (kayaks/paddle boards/life jackets/etc.), and especially the staff (Yobany and Edith) who are the nicest people AND amazing chefs....make this place A+++. The rooms (and beds) are comfortable, the kitchen is comprehensive, there are so many fun things for adults/kids to do. Thank you for an amazing time!! Our family will cherish this vacation for years to come."

"This property is amazing, and spacious for a large group. I booked this beautiful home for my 40th birthday for a group of 8. The host was there at the home to great us and answer any questions we had. The concierge as help with booking round-trip airport transportation from and to the Tulum airport. I would recommend this property to my friends amd family and would book again if i ever travel back to Tulum."

"What an amazing time our group had. There were 12 of us all friends of 10 years. 6 couples all with different wants and needs and this house fit all of them! First the house is gorgeous! It doesn't disappoint. With rooms (5 facing the ocean, multiple eating areas, a nice cool pool and oceanfront made this an easy place to stay. "The house is better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub were perfect. You’re on the beach. They even had caretakers there who did the cleaning and some cooking for us. "We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. We will definitely come back."

"The property was beautiful. Accommodations were great! We went there with another family. Ages of people ranged from 11-50. There was something for everyone to do. One of the best parts was having the full time chef. We planned to go out a couple of times to eat but after eating there a couple of times we changed our minds and never left to go out and eat!
