Feb 17, 2020Very quiet; everything closed on a Sunday, barring few restaurants, all churches, and some grocery stores. Peaceful; not at all busy on the roads. Overall, a nice escape from a busy city.

"The staff was very nice, very historical, there was no washer as mentioned in the amenities There was mold in the bathroom also the mirror the shower heads are in need of change, she was sweet enough to let us stay an extra day as we had to reschedule our flight, the internet was slow"

"It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean and comfortable and right next to the beach. The pool is a bit odd being in the middle of a dining area. As a result, we didn't see it getting any use. Aug 12, 2019Keep in mind that the island is recovering from devastating hurricanes. EVERYTHING is imported. You do have to look for the other restaurants and unique places. Millie, MD, and Rosie rock at the Bohio! Nate, Ollie are excellent dive Masters.

Jan 25, 2019Very small and quiet. Locals are very friendly. Nothing much to see. Small crafts and souvenirs stall open only when there are cruise ships docked on the island.
